By accessing or using Echo's service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

2. Description of Service

Echo provides an SMS broadcasting and coordination platform that allows users to send messages to groups of recipients through text messages. The Service includes:

• Group creation and management
• SMS message broadcasting
• Message coordination and organization
• Optional web-based administration interface

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use Echo as a coordinator, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Echo only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or marketing communications
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Send messages without recipient consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Message Consent and Opt-Out

Coordinator Responsibility: As a group coordinator, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining consent from recipients before adding them to groups
• Only messaging people who have agreed to receive updates
• Honoring opt-out requests immediately

Recipient Rights: Recipients can opt out anytime by replying "STOP" to any message. Echo automatically processes and honors these requests.

6. Fees and Payment

Pricing information will be clearly communicated before you are charged. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your use of the Service
• Provide accurate billing information
• Notify us of any billing discrepancies within 30 days

Standard SMS rates may apply for recipients based on their mobile carrier.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Change features, pricing, or functionality with reasonable notice

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Echo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and share through the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: Echo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Medical Disclaimer: Echo is a communication tool, not a medical service. Always follow medical professionals' guidance and use appropriate emergency services when needed.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Echo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
